IFS (Intelligent Financial Solutions) is an independent Israeli multi-disciplinary consulting boutique, specializing in financial, economic and business consulting services. Our in-depth experience, wide-ranging client base and diverse expertise have positioned us at the head of our field. We provide innovative services for some of Israel's leading corporate and government entities.

Sagi has a wealth of experience in economic and corporate finance. Before establishing IFS, he was the director of the economic department at Financial Immunities, leading a group of 12 professionals in local and cross border transactions. Sagi has successfully led many major financial advisory mandates, including M&A, due diligence, business plans and valuations. Sagi’s clients at Financial Immunities included leading investment groups in Israel, private and public companies and government entities. Previously, Sagi worked for principal CPA firms (BDO-Ziv Haft & Oved Guby) and he was also financial manager of several companies.
Sagi holds a BA in Economics and Accounting, an MBA (expertise in finance, banking and IT) and an MA in law. He is a licensed CPA (Israel).
